1. Terms of Use and Terms of Service

1.1 About these terms

These Terms apply to your use of litza.com.au (the Website) and to bookings and purchases made with Litza. Litza is a NUMB MINDZ offering. NUMB MINDZ is a registered Australian business name, ABN 46 077 926 319 (Litza, we, us or our). By using the Website, booking, paying for or attending a service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or book a service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.2 Services

Litza offers numerology, psychic and mediumship readings, astrology and tarot-informed guidance, spiritual mentoring, Superpowers readings, workshops and related products or resources. Service descriptions, duration, delivery method and prices are shown on the Website or booking page and may be updated before a booking is made.

Readings and spiritual services are reflective and interpretive. They are intended to support personal insight and are not a promise or guarantee of a particular prediction, outcome or result.

1.3 Eligibility and younger clients

A person must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or payment. A person aged 16 or 17 may attend a private service only with the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian. We may ask for evidence of that consent and may decline or end a service if appropriate consent is not available.

A parent, legal guardian, grandparent, carer, teacher or other responsible adult may request a child-focused numerology or Superpowers reading without the child attending. The booking adult must have lawful authority or an appropriate basis to provide the child’s personal information, must provide only information reasonably necessary for the service and must not use the service to diagnose, label or make harmful decisions about the child. Litza may decline to accept third-party information where authority, consent or the child’s best interests are unclear.

1.4 Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed only when the required payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued. Prices are in Australian dollars. Litza is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to prices. Payments may be processed by Square or another provider identified at checkout and are also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

You must provide accurate booking and contact details. You are responsible for checking the date, time, time zone, location and online access details in your confirmation.

1.5 Cancellations, rescheduling and credits

The separate Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy below forms part of these Terms. In summary, private-reading changes require at least 48 hours’ notice. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a credit rather than a cash refund may be offered, subject to the conditions below. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always continue to apply.

1.6 Attendance, conduct and safety

Please arrive or connect on time. If you are late, the service may still end at the scheduled time so that later clients are not affected. Litza may pause or end a service where a person behaves abusively, threatens safety, appears unable to participate safely, requests unlawful conduct or where continuing would be inappropriate. Any refund or credit will be considered fairly, having regard to the circumstances and applicable law.

1.7 Online and venue services

For online services, you are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and private setting. If a significant technical failure on Litza’s side prevents the service, Litza will offer a reasonable remedy such as rescheduling, credit or refund. If a client-side issue prevents attendance, Litza will act reasonably and the cancellation policy may apply.

Workshops may take place at third-party venues. Reasonable venue rules apply. Litza is not responsible for a venue’s independent acts or omissions, except to the extent Litza is legally responsible or liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.8 Confidentiality and recordings

Litza will treat information shared in a private service as confidential, subject to the Privacy Policy and any disclosure required or authorised by law, needed to address a serious safety concern, or reasonably necessary to obtain confidential professional advice. No party may audio-record, video-record, photograph, livestream or publish a private service without the other party’s express prior consent.

1.9 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and materials supplied by Litza — including text, designs, workshop content, numerology interpretations, charts, exercises, recordings and branding — are owned by or licensed to Litza and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, sell, teach, publish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit them without written permission, except where law permits.

1.10 Website use and third-party links

You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use its content unlawfully. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience. Litza does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

1.11 Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Litza is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on spiritual or interpretive content or from circumstances beyond Litza’s reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for an agreed purpose where applicable, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time is fixed.

1.12 Changes, severability and law

Litza may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. The terms accepted when you booked will ordinarily govern that booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia, and the parties submit to courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales, without limiting any consumer’s rights concerning jurisdiction.
